This project is a private residence for my cousin, whose dream city to live in is Madrid. The structural system consists of round concrete columns with concrete floor plates and non-loadbearing wood stud walls finished with stucco. The house has a carport, and the garden spaces are separated using walls, gates, and changes in elevation.

The house has a piano nobile condition, with the main living spaces on the second and third floors and services on the first floor. The south façade faces the street and is fully glazed and protected by a brise-soleil. The western façade uses a louvered system, allowing it to be fully glazed while mitigating direct sunlight and heat gain. The staircase and other services are clustered centrally, allowing the main spaces to be pushed to the glazed façades.
